1. Use of the Service

You may use LeadAtlas to extract publicly available business information from Google Maps. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for illegal activities.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. LeadAtlas is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your actions.

3. Credits & Payments

LeadAtlas uses a pay‑per‑credit model. Purchased credits are non‑refundable and do not expire unless otherwise stated.

4. Data Accuracy

LeadAtlas provides data “as is”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadAtlas for spam, harassment, or any activity prohibited by law or by Google’s Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeadAtlas is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
